Project management of the full geoscience scope. Marine Geophysical Survey (multibeam, SSS, SBP and magnetometer) and light Geotechnical Investigations (vibrocoring and CPT) of all cable routes for 8 developments with different routes and landing areas: data acquisition, processing, reporting and early burial technique assessment.
Enginet required for first time most of the deliverables to be based on GIS and not regular Microstation and charting. It was a hard task which reacquired deploying the exiting capabilities into the required c competences together with hiring people to cover for the exiting gaps and creating a team while the project was already on going. Challenging but rewarding when the goals were achieved.
